WORK & PROCESS EXAMPLES
GOODWILL WEBSITE REBRAND
This PSB document shows the separate artboards for laptop, tablet, and mobile. The design still changed slightly but this showed the dev team at Firespring how we wanted the various pages to coincide with Goodwill's branding on each device.
ZIFLOW PROOFING TOOL
When projects require multiple rounds of proofs with several people involved—especially external review—this tool is immensely useful for quick proofing and live commenting. I have implemented this at Allen Company, Boulder Brands, and Aquasana.

CRITEO DISPLAY/BANNER ADS
We often have to create 30 or so banner ads (static & animated) to populate on Google for various web ads. This is one way to make sure all of our banners are consistent and work across all sizes. I modified this original template to help other designers create and easily produce their campaign ads.
EMAIL TEMPLATES
To prevent multiple layouts from all designers, I created email templates at different jobs to help current and future designers lay out graphics in a consistent format.

FOLDER STRUCTURE & ORGANIZATION
I am slightly obsessed with organization of files on the server and ease of locating what I need quickly. Here's a few examples of how I like to organize folders for quick reference.

PACKAGING REQUEST FORM & COMPONENTS LIST
While I was at Case Logic/THULE, I created a Packaging Request Form (PRF) for all packaging pieces I created to send to our sourcing team in China. This spreadsheet listed out the style of packaging, components needed, flat dieline size, packaged size, substrate, and printing colors required. The sourcing team would then work to get quotes from three different printers we had vetted in China.
I also worked with our sourcing team to compile a consolidated Components List of all attachment pieces used with packaging. This ensured consistency and simplified costs.
